In legal terms, “If you did not intend to cause serious injury or death but are suspected of committing an act which resulted in the death of a person, you will be charged with involuntary manslaughter.”Įven though it is unintended, those who are found guilty are subjected to severe penalties. Halyna Hutchins, 42, died on 21 Oct, Thursday when the lead actor Alec Baldwin pulled the trigger of an alleged pop-gun which was handed over to him by an assistant director on the set of the upcoming movie “Rust”.
